Key tasks and responsibilities:
- working on projects as part of a team of top penetration testers and cybersecurity experts,
- managing and running projects independently, including operational communication with clients,
- running web application penetration tests, external penetration tests and infrastructure security tests,
- participation in “Red Teaming” projects (cyber exercises),
- participation in the preparation and execution of social engineering campaigns,
- conducting other security tests according to industry developments.
Expected technical knowledge and experience:
- at least a university degree in electrical engineering, computer science or another relevant technical/natural sciences discipline, or students in the concluding phase of their studies at the listed faculties,
- knowledge of computer networks and operating systems (Linux and Windows),
- knowledge of computer programming (Python, Bash, PHP, PowerShell),
- ability to think analytically to identify and solve security problems,
- adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards when conducting security tests..
As ethical hacking requires specific expertise, we take it as an advantage if candidates have already been trained in this field or have practical experience in testing IT systems..
Expected general knowledge and skills:
- fluency in English,
- high level of ethical and moral principles, especially in terms of confidentiality,
- reliability, responsibility, accuracy, curiosity, initiative, tidiness,
- ability to communicate technical results and recommendations clearly and effectively.
